Indication
Treatment of moderate to severe polymicrobial bacterial infections, including respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, abdominal infections, septicemia, bone/joint infections, meningitis, gonorrhea, and surgical prophylaxis.
Dosage
As directed by physician; administered by intravenous (IV) or intramuscular (IM) route by healthcare professional. Dosage and duration depend on infection severity and patient profile.
Side Effects & Precautions
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, injection site pain/redness/swelling, rash, increased liver enzymes, allergic reactions, low blood counts. Seek medical advice for persistent or severe effects.
